ChainsAtlas is a blockchain platform designed for seamless cross-chain interoperability, making it possible for developers or AI to work effortlessly across multiple blockchain networks without the need to rewrite or restructure their code.

As the first agentic AI blockchain, ChainsAtlas lets you create and deploy your own AI agents that live on-chain and interact effortlessly and independently, across all other chains.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Growth:
  • Manage and monitor all ChainsAtlas’s social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, etc.), ensuring timely and engaging communication with the community.

  • Grow and maintain the community by fostering meaningful interactions, discussions, and partnerships.

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase follower count, engagement, and overall community satisfaction.


Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform.

  • Organize community-focused events, such as AMAs, webinars, and live streams, to boost engagement and showcase ChainsAtlas initiatives.


Moderation & Support:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.

  • Monitor and moderate conversations to ensure a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment across all platforms.

  • Address and escalate issues, feedback, or concerns from the community to the relevant internal teams.

  • Track and report on key community metrics, providing insights to improve engagement and growth strategies.


Brand Advocacy:
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications align with ChainsAtlas’s vision, mission, and values.

  • Stay informed about blockchain and web3 industry trends to provide relevant and value-driven content to the community.


Strategy Development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement a comprehensive community strategy that aligns with ChainsAtlas's long-term goals. 

  • Analyze community trends and feedback to refine engagement approaches and identify new opportunities for growth. 

  • Develop strategies to onboard and integrate partners, stakeholders, and influencers into the community ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Prior experience managing Web3 or crypto communities.

  • Strong knowledge of Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X), and other social platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Passion for blockchain, interoperability, and decentralized technologies.

  • Ability to handle community issues professionally and resolve conflicts.

  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to community growth.

  • A great sense of humor & strong understanding of the blockchain/crypto space.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Tokenomics.

  • Experience in hosting AMAs, Twitter Spaces, or community calls.
